Operating Environment Conditions
Installation altitude not exceeding 1000 m (under normal conditions); special environments should be specified separately.
Ambient temperature not higher than 40°C.
Minimum outdoor temperature: –25°C.
Transformers can be provided for operation under special conditions according to user requirements.
The transformer core is made of high-quality imported cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, significantly reducing no-load loss and no-load current. The core is tightly bound to ensure compactness and reduce noise.
High- and low-voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. Low-voltage windings up to 500 kVA use a double-layer cylindrical structure, while 630 kVA and above use double-helix or quadruple-helix structures, or copper foil windings. High-voltage windings adopt a multi-layer cylindrical structure.
The transformer connection group is Dyn11, reducing harmonics in the power grid and improving power supply quality.
The transformer features a fully sealed structure, extending service life and eliminating the need for core hoisting and maintenance.
Measured noise levels meet low-voltage standards.
After normal transportation, this series of transformers does not require core hoisting inspection. Relevant components can be installed, acceptance tests carried out, and the transformer can be put into operation once approved.
