Le tableau de distribution débrochable GCS convient aux systèmes de distribution d’énergie dans les centrales électriques, les industries pétrolières, chimiques, métallurgiques, textiles, les immeubles de grande hauteur et autres industries. Dans les grandes centrales électriques, les systèmes pétrochimiques et autres lieux présentant un degré élevé d’automatisation et d’interface informatique, comme une fréquence CA triphasée de 50 (60) Hz, une tension de fonctionnement nominale de 400 V, 660 V, un courant nominal de 5000 A et moins dans le système de production et d’alimentation électrique de la distribution d’énergie, la commande centralisée des moteurs, la compensation de puissance réactive utilisée dans l’ensemble complet des dispositifs de distribution d’énergie basse tension.

GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textiles, high-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with a high degree of automation and computer interface, as a three-phase AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage of 400V, 660V, rated current of 5000A and below in the power generation and power supply system of power distribution, motor centralized control, reactive power compensation used in the low-voltage complete set of power distribution devices.

The design of the device complies with the following standards: IEC439-1 « Low-voltage switchgear and control equipment » GB7251 « Low-voltage switchgear ».

  •  The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40°C, not lower than -5°C, and the average temperature shall not be higher than +35°C in 24 hours. When exceeded, the capacity needs to be reduced according to the actual situation.
  •  For indoor use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m;
  •  The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at +40°C, and a large relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as 90% at +20°C.
  •  When the device is installed, the inclination with the vertical plane does not exceed 5°, and the whole group of cabinets is relatively flat (in line with GBJ232-82 standard);
  •  The device should be installed in a place where there is no violent vibration and impact and it is not enough to corrode the electrical components;
  •  When the user has requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to solve the problem.

The basic technical parameters are shown in Table 1

There are a total of 32 groups and 118 specifications of the main circuit scheme of the GCS cabinet, excluding the scheme and specifications derived due to the change of control and protection of the auxiliary circuit. Including the needs of power generation, power supply and other power users, the rated working current is 5000A, suitable for distribution transformers of 2500kVA and below. In addition, a capacitor compensation cabinet is designed to meet the needs of improving the power factor of power supply and consumption, and a reactor cabinet is designed to consider the needs of comprehensive investment.

There are a total of 120 auxiliary circuit schemes in the GCS auxiliary circuit diagram, which is divided into two volumes. The first volume of « AC Operation Part » is divided into 63 schemes, and the second volume of « DC Operation Part » has a total of 57 schemes. The auxiliary circuit scheme of the DC operation part is mainly used for the low-voltage plant (place) system of the power plant substation. It is suitable for the general control mode of low-voltage plant systems of 200MW and below and 300MW and above capacity units, working (standby) power supply inlet, power feeder and motor feeder.

The auxiliary scheme of the AC operation part is mainly used for the low-voltage system of the substation of factories and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings. There are 6 combinations for dual-power operation control. And it is equipped with control circuits such as self-throwing and self-recovery for operation electrical interlocking, which can be directly adopted in engineering design.

DC control power supply is DC 220V or 110V, AC control power supply is AC 380V or 220V, and a complete set of cabinets composed of drawer units. The 220V control power supply is drawn from the public control power supply of the special control transformer in this cabinet, and the public control power supply adopts the non-grounded control transformer, and the 24V power supply is reserved for the use of weak current signal lights.

The installation location of the watt-hour meter, the introduction method of the voltage signal and other installation and use requirements are detailed in the « Preparation Instructions » of the auxiliary circuit diagram.
