XL-21 power distribution box is suitable for power distribution in power plants and industrial and mining enterprises, in three-phase four-wire or three-phase five-wire systems with AC voltage of 500 volts and below. The XL-21 power distribution box is an indoor device installed against the wall and overhauled in front of the screen.
XL-21 power distribution box is enclosed, the shell is bent with steel plate, and the knife switch operating handle is installed on the upper part of the right column in front of the box, which can be used to switch the power supply. A voltmeter is installed in front of the distribution box to indicate the voltage of the bus. There is a door in front of the distribution box, and after the door is opened, all the equipment in the distribution box is exposed, which is convenient for maintenance and maintenance. The distribution box adopts domestic self-designed components, which has the characteristics of compact structure, convenient maintenance, and flexible combination of circuit schemes. In addition to the air circuit breaker and fuse as short-circuit protection, the distribution box is also equipped with contactors and thermal relays, and the front door of the box can be equipped with operation buttons and indicator lights.
- Ambient temperature: -50°C ~+40°C, and the average temperature within 24h does not exceed +36°C;
- Altitude: no more than 2000m;
- Relative humidity: no more than 50% when the ambient air humidity is +40°C, and higher relative humidity can be higher at lower humidity (e.g., 90% at +20°C), considering the change of temperature, it is allowed to produce moderate condensation:
- The inclination between the equipment and the vertical plane should not exceed 5° when installed, and the equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration, impact and corrosion.
- After the installation or maintenance of the power distribution box, the following inspections and tests shall be carried out before being put into operation (the inspection and test after the overhaul shall depend on the quality of the maintenance).
- Check whether the electrical equipment and secondary wiring installed inside the power distribution box meet the requirements of the drawing.
- Check whether the knife switch and air switch used for operation are flexible, and there should be no jam-rolling pattern.
- Check whether the contact of the installed electrical equipment is good and whether it meets the requirements of the use of the electrical equipment.
- Check whether there are other foreign objects inside the power distribution box and whether the sturdy screws of each part are loose
