Les transformateurs de distribution triphasés immergés dans l’huile produits par notre société adoptent une nouvelle structure d’isolation qui améliore la résistance aux courts-circuits. All raw materials undergo strict quality inspection, and all suppliers are thoroughly audited according to national ISO9000 standards.

  1. High-conductivity oxygen-free copper wires with additional surface treatments for smoothness and the absence of burrs, resulting in lower load losses and more reliable electrical performance.

  2. Premium silicon steel sheets with lower unit loss to reduce no-load loss as performance requirements increase.

  3. High-quality laminated wood insulation components that will never crack and remain stable even under short-circuit forces.

  4. Deep-filtered transformer oil with extremely low moisture, gas, and impurity content for higher operational reliability.

  5. High-quality rubber sealing materials that resist aging and eliminate leakage.

  • Altitude: not more than 1000m

  • Ambient temperature:

    • Maximum: +40°C

    • Hottest monthly average: +30°C

    • Highest annual average: +20°C

    • Minimum outdoor temperature: –25°C

The supply voltage waveform should be approximately sinusoidal. For three-phase transformers, the three-phase voltages should be reasonably balanced.

Installation Environment

  • No significant pollution at the installation site.

  • Ground acceleration due to earthquakes:

    • Horizontal: less than 3 m/s²

    • Vertical: less than 1.5 m/s²
