The SC(B)18 series dry-type transformers with filler thin insulation are developed using advanced foreign technology. They are maintenance-free, resistant to humidity and heat, fireproof, explosion-proof, with low partial discharge, low noise, and strong heat dissipation. Under forced air cooling, they can operate at increased capacity. The windings are filled with glass fiber grids to enhance short-circuit resistance. The secondary winding is made of copper foil and vacuum pressure cast, improving lightning impulse resistance, short-circuit resistance, and overload capacity. The filler resin has a thermal expansion coefficient close to the copper conductor, providing good crack resistance. Equipped with a temperature controller, it has fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip, and black-box functions, and can be connected to a computer via RS485 serial port for centralized monitoring and control.
Transformer Output Configuration: According to different interface types, conventional outputs, standard sealed busbars, and standard side outputs can be manufactured. Special output configurations can also be designed according to user requirements.
